By registering for a course and making payment, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Course Registration
A student’s seat is confirmed only after full or partial payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by Future Growth Academy.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate or accidental payments.
• Cancellation of a course by Future Growth Academy.
• Exceptional circumstances approved by the management.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official email.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following are non-refundable:
• Registration or admission fees.
• Processing or administrative charges.
• Fees for classes already attended.
• Fees for digital learning materials, recorded lectures, downloadable resources, or certificates that have already been issued.
• Payments made after the course has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

4. Student Cancellation
If a student chooses to withdraw from a course before it begins, Future Growth Academy may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial refund after deducting any applicable registration or administrative charges.
No refunds will normally be issued once the course has started.

5. Course Cancellation by Future Growth Academy
If Future Growth Academy cancels a course due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, students may choose either:
• A full refund of the tuition fees paid; or
• Transfer of the payment to another available course.

6. Rescheduling and Transfers
Students may request to transfer their enrolment to another batch or course, subject to seat availability and management approval. Additional fees may apply where appropriate.

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. No Guarantee of Results
Future Growth Academy provides education, training, and practical guidance. We do not guarantee employment, freelance income, business success, examination results, certifications, or financial earnings. Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction arising from unmet personal expectations or outcomes.

9. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests outside this policy may be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Future Growth Academy. Approval of one exception does not create an obligation to approve future requests.
